uneven stay, some positives, some disappointments

dated decor tricky shower

the staff were friendly and helpful

the decor in my room felt dated and tired it needed some attention the bathroom was in particular need of an update with sealant looking messy I found the shower tricky to operate and not very clean

the staff were friendly enough, and free parking it was nice.

my room was so noisy, i could hear everything from the hallway. it was difficult to sleep. the bed felt old and sagged in the middle, and the pillows weren't comfortable at all. i woke up with a sore neck each morning.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was large and very clean. The shower was quite big. The staff were super friendly. Free parking was a definite bonus. I found the Indian restaurant downstairs delicious. They are happy to give any toiletries you forget, like a toothbrush.

clothes straightener forgotten toiletries restaurant closure breakfast information

the room had a clothes straightener and toiletries i may have forgotten. there was shampoo, shower gel, tea, coffee, and milk available in the room. i appreciated the kettle, also provided.

The restaurant was closed . This detail was not on the website. when i inquired with the reception about breakfast, i was told to go "in the centre".
